Ukraine Detains Kyiv Man Accused of Guiding Russian Strikes

Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has detained a 44-year-old Kyiv resident, accusing him of acting as a Russian agent who helped coordinate missile strikes on the capital region, the agency announced on Tuesday.
According to the SBU, the man was recruited by Russia's GRU military intelligence after he expressed pro-Russian views on the video chat platform Chatroulette.
Following his recruitment, he was allegedly tasked with identifying and mapping the locations of local businesses he believed were producing military equipment for Ukrainian forces.
The suspect has been formally charged with high treason committed under martial law, a crime that carries a severe penalty.
