You come back to the present moment.
It was a long journey. Rubida helps propping yourself back up, while Soralisa holds your hands, having led you through the dark tunnel you walked together.
“So?” Rosandra asks, from the other side of the fire.
Where are you?
Your body feels so tired. Clammy.
It’s like you are learning how to wear it again.
“I— I journeyed far,” you say at last. Rubida handles you a waterskin and you chug, grateful. “I think I saw her. But she was blocked from sight. Like a great dark cloud surrounding her.”
“You spoke of the involvement of dark powers,” Rosandra adds. Her brown eyes seem to glow in the firelight. “So it is to be expected. But you survived the journey.”
Barely.
You feel so tired, stretched thin.
The makeshift camp holds you and the others in the centre, and you are surrounded by the survivors, the kidnapped villagers. You would reach their hometown in a few more hours, climbing down from the mountainside. Their shivering murmurs surround you.
Then perhaps you can rest.
You almost managed to reach Willow… but something did block your sight.
Something that was able to murk Ansàrra’s own searching light.
You shiver at the memory. It’s always the same signature, the Night you met in the Well, and again in the Temple.
The Night that is all around you.
And you are already so tired.
>Weariness check: roll 1d100+12, Bo6, DC 75. A failure will exhaust you.
Immediately discuss what happened with Rosandra.
You decide to let Soralisa and Rubida take care of you.
You have seen the path, so you try to reach Willow again.

thanks for playing! A notice: in the future, to avoid these waiting situations given this thread is going last less than others, I'll probably either roll or choose between tied options. Now, best of luck for your rolls. Let's check if you are still blessed...
