Ancient Wyvern being a gauntlet with some obstacle course that is a far better version of Bed of Chaos, Yhorm and Stormruler, Crystal Sage teleporting away and casting at an enemy not in a boss arena but in a large, open, vertical level, fighting a multi-boss fight where you can have enemies aggro each other, and even fighting a giant Skeleton Lord that will use various aoe and force you to either hack at his face up close or hit his 3 weakpoints, lest you'll get cornered in a sort of huge corridor where you literally fight to content space and push the boss under.

None of the "normal" bosses are the same. This is another disingenuous argument. All those bosses hace different lingering hitboxes, combos, area of effect, different resistances and thresholds to stagger and being staggered.
