>a single regular skin in the shop costs $20
>10 pulls in the shop cost $20 as well (assuming first time buy)
>the newfag gear pack costs $15
>the newfag 10 standard pull pack costs $1
If someone was going to buy all that it ends up being $56
Shift Up is charging $4 bucks for the 2 rocks and other small stuff

From that perspective it doesn't sound THAT bad since youre not "over paying"
Is just the regular cost for each item
However theres not a perceived discount unless you somehow pull the costume really early
