I think Trump's latest U-turn is coming from a calculation that there's not going to be another attack on the Iranians any time soon.
The only reason he halted Ukraine bound arms was to divert them to Israel.
Now that the war against Iran is over (for now) and Russia has demonstrated it's unwillingness to isolate Iran or China, the US can once again resume arming Ukraine with the view to bring down Russia.
This doesn't mean that Ukraine gets everything it wants. The Jews will still want air defences. Buy we may see a increase in supply of medium range ground launched ballistic missiles such as ATACMs
