The most obvious one being >>149803058 when he was able to remember that Peter made that deal with Mephisto to remove all public knowledge of his identity to be removed but it somehow didn't affect Hulk. The other time was during Heroes Reborn when Mephisto again retconned the entire universe and Hulk still remembered what the world used to be.
