if we're just talking about your original question and a limited amount of rolls, Ulrich and Charon would be enough if you plan to use Ulrich since it seems you like him. Ezra is not needed for sure.
However if you also want to fill out the teams with good synergies, I would say that Ezra is a strong fit, especially if you dont have a wide roster since euphoria characters are easier to roll (Ezra will be available for both 2.7 and 2.8 to roll). Ezra provides infinite amounts of shields with a big restriction that he needs to be in a dynamo team. Shielders are one of the most important characters in the game now so it really depends if you dont already have a million of them/plan to roll Kiperina next week.
Other options are kind of broad, Ulrich and Charon are technically supports so really you can just run any DPS (especially any ult DPS) and any healer with the team and get stonks. It just depends if you want to play into the dynamo theme for flavor reasons or just hit big numbers.
