The idea is that, unless you want to be globalist capitalist yourself as well, you must be able to produce everything you need and want domestically and not trade with capitalist countries which are capable of making and do produce what you cannot produce yourself or even that which you can produce yourself but not as financially cheaply. Which means that, under this approach, if you could not, in 2025, domestically produce GPUs comparable to a 4090 in performance, storage capacity etc, your population will simply not have GPUs comparable to a 4090 until your own domestic industry and technology develops enough for you to be able to produce comparable GPUs.
But pro-capitalists don't want to do this. They don't want to work to progress towards becoming a society capable of making a 4090 domestically. They're cargocultists, they don't want to construct the technological and industrial base required to make 4090s. They want to build a straw facsimile of a plane and have 4090s parachuted from the sky.
Except, instead of making a plane out of straw, they swipe the card. Or borrow fictional monetary units from jews at interest. And with giving jews control over the politics of the country. Maybe privatise some domestic industry or natural resources or land to the jews. For those sweet, tasty 4090s and crapple iphones which they didn't want to expend the time or effort to become able to produce domestically.
