Why do you think they are going to trade shows? To meet prospective candidates and other people in the industry. Networking in a general sense is just making connections, not necessarily lifelong daily friendships. If a huge amount of time passes between meeting him and contacting him it may be odd or he simply won't remember you, sure, but again that's part of making that lasting impression right out of the gate.
You think these people are going to these shows to make friends? They want to vet potential employees and business partners.
>hey there Mr. Shekelberg
>it's me Anon, we met at the Big Show a few months ago
>yes I was the guy with the green shirt, we talked about the SPORTSBALL THING
>ohhh yes of course how are you Anon?
>I'm doing well, thanks for asking (insert pedantic life story of 30 seconds or less that normies can relate to)
>how about yourself Mr. Shekelberg? everything going well at THE BUSINESS YOU WANT TO WORK FOR
>oh yes actually we have a few spots opening up in a couple weeks, would you be interested in submitting a resume?
>yes sir that sounds great! just finished up my JEWISH BRAINWASHING COLLEGE PROGRAM and I'd love to show you what I can do! how do I apply?
It's literally this easy. Being a psychopath who sees normies as objects instead of people is helpful, but not necessary.
