Nobody cares to make a PS2 ODE because there are several very very easy and simply to setup software solutions to load ISOs on it, and the PS2 due to the way it's designed would be very complicated to make an ODE for.
There is extremely little interest in a hardware ODE for the PS2, AND it would be both prohibitively expensive to do and difficult to install (Just look at how involved installing a decent modchip on a PS2 was). Nobody is going to sink years of time and money into making an expensive product that nobody other than maybe five autists and a handful of people with retro YouTube channels would ever buy, 99% of people would rather use FMCB to load an ISO loader that just requires plugging a special memory card into the system and not even having to open it (or use a modchip if they have an older modded system from years ago).
Use a software ISO loader or don't, nobody is ever going to make a hardware ODE for the PS2. Stick to a PS1 for PS1 games if you must load PS1 games on an ODE, there is no way to load isos of PS1 games on a PS2 other than basically running a shitty PS1 emulator on the PS2 in software.
