If you borrow a maxed Fine Motion, then aim for about 400/400 Speed/Wit before her 3rd chain event, then you have a great chance of getting Speed Star. its an upgraded Prepared to Pass.
Speed Star is as good as an ult, then her actual ult Red Ace goes off and she blasts away everyone.

Aim for about 650+/500/500/300/450
Arima is her final boss. Beat that and you'll almost certainly win Ura.
