I agree, but we're discussing propaganda, which these Vance photoshops are.
People are simple, repeat the message enough times it become embedded in their minds, which is why these images are spammed all over social media. And it's good propaganda, it's funny and there's a little truth in them.
Now the question is why are they pushing these images so hard? They see Vance as a real threat for some reason.
