I'm starting to think that using Rio for an extra flush that can be only used at the end of the order is actually bad idea because it clogs the skill order when I could either reapply debuff or heal my team with S.Koharu instead of holding onto that 1 cost card to use it as 4th S.Hanako hose attack.
