Odin appears to be a Saturn figure (one-eyed father-time reaper roaming the lower world, known for brutality) making Thor an obvious Jupiter parallel (ruler of middle heaven, storms natural catastrophes etc)
Jupiter was colloqually named Jove btw (pronounced Yo-Ve in Latin)
my guess is that these deities also align with Shiva and Vishnu respectively
