For the first time since 2020, the Russian postal service has resumed parcel deliveries to North Korea.

The company stated that the DPRK is a "strategic partner" and a promising market. Parcels of up to 20 kg will first be flown to Vladivostok and then delivered to Pyongyang by a North Korean airline.

The decision coincided with another visit by Sergei Shoigu to the DPRK — his third in the past two months.
