Rocks being Blackbeard's father is interesting. The theory about Blackbeard used to be that he had internal conjoined twins and that's why he's been able to eat multiple DFs.
But what if instead Rocks implanted himself inside of Teach's body somehow because he was too old and feeble, and he's been regenerating his strength and maybe even youth inside of his son's body? He might have done it like it was done in Sekrio, and when the time is right he will claw his way out of there.
