Also, when checking just now, I found something interesting; an unused non-bloomers pair of gym clothes.
Amane has several lines of dialogue in Celesphonia about "Did the gym uniforms used to be like this...?" and it turns out she's right, because there was a version of the gym uniform with pants! It doesn't have every sex position, though, so that's probably why it was never implemented. Instead, it seems the lewd gym clothes (that would have been used in the hypnotism school segment) just got used for the whole game.
