this is about all you need (shield reflect is nice but I've barely used shield at all the last dozen games, which also means I dont guard counter unless I know its a very specific attack that wont completely kill my stamina while I 2h block with my weapon)
If I could get perfect rolls, I'd replace sleep resist obviously with damage gives defense and poise or another attack if they stack, and instead of frost another 2+ phys or the same shit I said above
I wouldn't mind swapping out the reflect damage for ult heal but if I keep the reflect on I would like one of those slots to be the stam on hit regen
