To give pretense at 'on topic' I think it's probably the Kuro from Sekiro just because there wouldn't have been a need for any muscle to form due to nobility and sedentary lifestyle. Most other vidya males are active enough to give it a minimum level of fitness/firmness. Alternatively, it's either a nukige slut like Saenagi Tsukasa or a CaC modbeast but neither are real video games or real video game characters.
