If you haven't ridden a motorcycle before, I'm not eloquent enough to explain the appeal. I might as well try and explain the joys of drawing. If you have ridden one and you didn't feel anything different from sitting inside a car? Then yeah, why bother? On nearly any measure of comfort or practicality, a Kia sedan comes out ahead.
But the appeal of a motorcycle and not being able to see where a dirt road ends isn't about comfort or practicality.
