I’ll try to help but it seems your eyes don’t work and I’m wasting my time. Cankle means calf+ankle, I.e, it appears that the calf and ankle are all one. The calf does not elegantly taper off into the ankle, the ankle is just as thick as the calf. Basically it means she has massive chunko calves
