borrowing a whale's 9* spark parent and a lvl 50 support card already gets you halfway there
then its just running a lot of races, always taking first (easy to do as scarlet) and making sure you dont fail trainings
I didn't reroll so my deck is pretty meh, only thing uncapped is I randomly got a second teio copy.
