it is actively made worse by being lego. nothing about it required it to be lego. It does not use "being lego" in any way at all. It would be improved by just being a normal fortnite mode where I can use my actual fortnite skins.

The compelling part of lego games is the way they integrate lego into the mechanics, like how the puzzle games have you build lots of shit or how the minecraft mode lets you literally build contraptions and bases. What the fuck reason is expeditions lego for? it just has no identity at all. Grindslop to get kids hooked on MMO mechanics
