Yes and no. You're probably going to need to invest an absurd amount of fucking time into the game if you want to see everything worth seeing, and even more if you want to see EVERYTHING. A lot of it is an absolute slog to get through and it's really hard for me to say that 100%ing the game is 'worth it' in the end.
I think from an artistic point of view the game is an absolute achievement though, it's crazy the amount of shit they shoved into it and if you can appreciate games from that point of view you will probably enjoy it a lot. For reference it took me a bit over 200 hours to 100% the game, but they've recently put out a patch that lets you skip some of the more repetitive things so it probably won't take as long if you were interested in that.
If you don't want an overly long experience with some honestly god awful routes, I would ask someone you know who's completed the game to give you some personal guidance on the best way to approach it when you reach that point.
