It looks like BRICS, Putin's geopolitical project, has not taken off and even its creators lost interest in it.
The BRICS summit in Brazil is taking place on July 6-7.
It will not be attended by leaders of:

◾Russia;
◾Turkey,
◾Iran;
◾Egypt,
and other states.
Putin will not attend the BRICS summit due to an ICC arrest order - he's afraid to be arrested.
