So what's the deal with hidden anecdotes in the end? Is it only 4, one for each hidden character?

She is "Gendou Ringo", the NPC in charge of the fortune slips on Inazuma's shrine.
She's also a former electro cicin mage, who infiltrated the shrine as a Fatui spy but wanted to leave that life behind and become a real shrine maiden. After a long questline (which IIRC touched on some of the atrocities the House of Hearth did and created some of the expectations Dinduccino shattered), you convince her to the Fatui behind and accept the offer to start a new life as a shrine maiden.
