Sort of. I keep my Bitcoin on the blockchain, but I keep the keys in my archive drives, which are stored in three widely separate locations around the world (not joking).
Full disk encryption to ensure no one (except me ofc) can access the drives.
When I need to move one of my core UTXOs to a spending address, I do it all with a totally offline computer. The full set of keys is never exposed, and even the one key I'm moving is kept offline as I use Electrum (watch-only-wallet connected to the internet, offline signing by using a flash drive to move the unsigned and signed transactions between my online computer and the offline computer).
It's cumbersome but is nearly impossible to hack.
