Everyone does this, they complain about white people because they can't openly say what the real problem is.
The real problem is of course that people from third world countries do not behave and cause trouble and crime.
The USA too, the problem is "illegals", because they can't say Hispanics out loud. So they fall back to legal-illegal to have an argument to stop immigration now that they're not coming form Europe.
In Europe too, when the streets are unsafe, crime is high, women are being abused, the problem is "men".
