So, I've got a fun idea for my next game (PF2e) - a gunslinging swashbuckling outlaw game with intrigue and betrayals.
I have an idea for who the main villain needs to be - namely they need to be a very potent, very evil bard.
To that end, I realized that I've run into hardly any villainous bards in my decade-plus of running and playing TTRPGS...do any of you have suggestions or good examples I might look at for inspiration?

Right now the only thing I'm sure of is wanting to have at least a little Devil Went Down to Georgia / Johnny Cash flair to the whole scenario.
