staging are tests that lodestone's doing (like low cfg/low steps, RL training, etc), not really "pre-release", more like "side tests". they're sometimes really bad lol but also fun
the base (and detail enhanced) models are the 'working' models, and have quants. staging you gotta convert pth to safetensors yourself. thankfully forge has a model converter that doesnt kill your ram like some scripts i've seen floating around
