I know i'm newer than the official newfag, but even i miss pre 2016 4chan. I know i probably have rose tinted goggles, but i seem to remember that among all the faggotry, genuine conversation and interesting argument or discussion was more commone then now. Don't get me wrong, this place was always a shithole, but a different kind of shithole.
I was a weird, outcast, autistic teenager, and i felt like i was surrounded by other autistic weirdo retarded teenagers. And sure we sperged out about all kinds of retarded shit, but it felt more... real.
Now i feel like i'm being advertised to half the time, and the other half feels like arguing with my retarded boomer father in law.
By the way i have lost most of my original stash of reaction images, they still exist on an old hardrive i have at my moms place in my childhood room, but i dare not retrieve it and connect it to the family computer here...
