I've been in the software industry for 20 years. L7/L8. I can't get an interview anywhere except bottom of the barrel contracting shops. Nobody is hiring anymore. Companies have given all of their staff AI and now they think they don't need actual experience on the team anymore. Retarded management thinks they've leveled up engineering for pennies, when they've really just given the monkeys automatic weapons.
