Technically nothing. You cannot evolve out of a category. All non-invertebrate land animals are fish. Lizards? Fish. Horses? Fish. Humans? Fish. Even the ones that went back into the water are fish. Whales? Fish. Hippos? Fish. Manatees? Fish. When an owl catches and eat a mouse, that's a fish eating a fish.
