She's bound to show up in more stories, honestly I was just rather tired of looking at so many rough drafts that I didn't write as well as I should have. I do have a gen I made of her the other day if it helps.

The brief description I have for her in my notes is "Very tall (Between 6' and 6'2"), Tomboy, Known to hit (mostly slytherin) students with a bludger bat when upset, Very loud when she wants to be"

I'll probably do a better job of fleshing her out when I introduce Eoin's little brother at some point in the future (insert a vague handwave here)
