Well that's the whole point in general people are more likely to attend in their own region but the more you spread around the name Evo the less prestigious it becomes, f they want to have tournaments in those regions they should give them names other than Evo, name it clash in europe or singapore throwdown or something and make the prize a free trip to EVO japan or USA you get to keep the prestige of the evo name while still getting tournaments in those regions
