OC is probably going to be faster either way but I believe the yellow ones are from either the east or east-central areas and those are usually pretty active, also if there's literally ANYTHING you want from OC then it's obvs gonna be the call
Fates have lower droprates (to my knowledge) at the cost of letting you target farm
