Here's my schizo theory on why Matara was the catalyst.
>Matara debuts in oct 2023
>Debut merch situation gets horrible
>Many fans doesn't recieve their orders months after
>Mint and Matara's summer special drops in summer 2024 with acrylic merch
>Neither of them sees any money
>After endless bugging from Mata. Vshojo throws debut merch company under the bus, claiming the problem is on their end
>Matara gets suspicious
>Matara makes subathon merch drop with bricky, outside of Vshojos reach
>Massive success
>Fans get their merch
>Mata receives loadsamoney
>Gunrun wants some of that money
>Sets up a meeting with her for 6th of march 2025 (pic rel)
>Other talents encourage her stand her ground, since no one have got paid in a long time
>Gunrun points to her contract where it says she owes Vshojo 5% of the bricky money (like in shylily's contract)
>Mata stands her ground
>Gets terminated
>All talents are sad about her termination
>Some talents start legal battles
>Talent lawyers discovers everything
