I start a charity helping third worlders. I seek out convicted and/or accused rapists from India, Haiti and Africa. I get h1b visas for them or just smuggle them into the United States. I find the most left leaning city, build a commie block and settle them there. They will receive a stipend from the charity weekly but will also be given assistance to get them on welfare/low cost housing. Provincetown, Massachusetts would be my starting point, it's extremely left wing and supposedly the LGBT capital of the east. Agents who work for my charity would downplay any criticism of my migrant army, even calling the faggots of Provincetown racists and bigots. I would screenshot every rape, every assault and every murder that happened because of my actions and revel in it. Once I drive down the cost of housing and/or drive everyone out I would snatch up the cheap real estate and move my little rapist 3rd worlders to a new leftist location.
I would also target specific individuals. For instance if a hardcore feminist came to my attention I might buy apartments/houses near her/him and settle niggers right next door to them.
