Lmao that is the wage gap, you absolute retard.
You think saying “average woman earns less than average man” somehow debunks the gap? That is the gap. You’re just describing it slower. And even per hour, men earn more in plenty of the same roles go cry to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, not me. It’s not always some guy getting $30 while a woman gets $25 next to him it’s about who gets hired for higher-paying tasks, leadership, bonuses, overtime opportunities, and upward mobility. That’s where the gap is.

Once again that's the wage gap. You literally just admitted women in the same job titles are earning hundreds less per week that’s the exact definition of a wage gap. You whined about “hourly pay,” but weekly earnings come directly from hourly rates, hours worked, and job assignments. If women consistently make less in the same occupations, either they’re magically doing half the work (cope) or they’re getting passed over for better shifts, tasks, or bonuses (reality).
>Other financial specialists: $1,233 women vs. $2,386 men.
That’s not overtime that’s a fucking $1,100 difference in the same field.
I have to remember I'm dealing with double digit IQs here.
