Oscar's such a nothing character I hate seeing him shipped with anyone. His core character traits are wanting to be a hero and not wanting to experience ego death, and I feel insulted the writers couldn't be fucked to give him any character traits beyond that over the several years he's been a character. I'm pretty sure the only people who like the little plot device are people who have headcanons they like about him, but as he is now he's so fucking boring I don't even know what they'd be.
