I do prefer "toned with a sixpack" over bigger girls, but characters like Noi (or Illaoi, to take a vidya example) are fine too, I wouldn't say they're /d/-tier. Proper proportions are the most important thing, I definitely dislike when people start doing the tiny head thing, for example.
