I like the idea of fantasy devil/demon/dark angel/angel/etc outfit designs for the dangans but I really dislike these specific designs. Honestly, these collabs rarely design something actually good, only the last valentine's day and the ancient fantasy creatures collabs had 10/10 creative designs for each dangan...
Meanwhile, HL's collabs are hideous. The team realized that using AI is maybe probably bad so they just drew over the AI designs. They're so.... uninspired. A 13 year old with a pinterest account could do so much better than the paid employees whose jobs are to do these stuff, but I guess that extends beyond just the collab character designs. Kodaka and Rui are truly washed old men.
