nta but it did kind of confuse me too. He's got a wider nose and thicker lips than his actor and compared to every pic I've seen of the guy, Aokiji's hair is way frizzier. And it isn't an anime case where they made him darker than he canonically is, he's colored in the manga too.

If I didn't know the actor he was based off of I would have assumed he was supposed to be some famous lightskin black guy.
