Careful what you wish for.
I regret the fact I didnt take a before picture. I was too ashamed of my body and appearance that I actively avoided all cameras for the last ~17 years, as I lived as an obese shut-in. The only other photo I have of myself is my highschool graduation pic from when I was 18.
Ive got a ton of loose skin, I was class III for the better part of two decades, we'll see how much it tightens up on its own in the coming year, but im not expecting miracles.
I'm finally in "healthy weight" territory but I'm still fat and look fat and im suitably disgusted by my body. I'll try losing another 20lbs and see if that empties out the hanging loose skin sacks or not.
