For raw income? I'm just going to say I'm fairly lucky and make a lot for my payband (tech, but not fagbook levels), so I don't have good advice on that front. But reflect on how much time you are spending doing consumption activities. Obviously, I haven't figured that out yet otherwise I wouldn't be procrastinating and posting here but I can win some battles.

I do it so I can have a clean home. It's taken years of mistakes to realize that a good living environment is good for your health.
But you're not wrong that it's busywork. If I was making a bit more I'd hire a maid, and maybe even some kind of food delivery program that is cost effective (eating well will also keep your spirits high). Exercise is the one thing you can't buy your way out of spending time on it. While I like getting gains, it's very hard for me to stick to a routine.
