Got a late start tonight, so just wanted to go quick, and god damn, fastest 5K of the year by almost 90 seconds, I haven't done a sub 25min since november... so maybe... i'm back?
might sign up for a 5K next saturday, and then a hm in in september
saw 1 heron and 5 rabbits, tossed them some carrots, one was just as I was nearing the end of the 5k so I was pushing, and had to pull out and toss a carrot while going hard, and i don't think it landed anywhere near the bun, but oh well i'm sure he'll find it
