Ok first off, you must always remember and remind yourself that these false intrusive thoughts do not define you, they are not you, and they never will be you. You must always continue to fight back against those false intrusive thoughts and try your best to distract yourself with other things in life in order to combat against it and not fall into despair. Those thoughts are not you and never will be you, so don't let them win over you and try your best to brush them off as best as you can. You can do it, anon
Secondly, you must also remember that these false intrusive thoughts are temporary and that there is an underlying mental and/or physical illness that's affecting you which is causing these unwanted symptoms in the first place. You must try your best to figure out a way to fix this problem of yours by trying different methods and possible solutions whether it be physical, mental, and/or spiritual, but you have to give every option a try within reason of course. Just remember that if there is something causing this problem, then it can be fixed. So the important thing here is to keep pushing forward, keep trying different things to fix your problem, and to never give up hope. As long as you keep trying, you will overcome this obstacle.
