Most Godzillas if I recall outside of the 1998 one are clearly male, literally none of them are never confirmed to have kids on their own, at most they have adopted "sons", a few are basically genderless because they're freaky organisms or plants or ghosts or whatever (earth, shin, ultima, gmk)
I think the only creature with Godzilla DNA that was ever confirmed female is Biollante, but that one is a weird triple splice of G-cells, human cells and a rose.
