Event quests are generally divided into three groups of 4:
>1-4 ez quests for noobs
>5-8 ez quests for noobs (intermediate)
>9-12 ez quests for noobs (advanced)
In short, they're all easy. Each quest in its respective group offers more or less the same event drops. But low level quests give shitty artifacts, while high level ones can drop purple artifacts. Generally, event quests are even easier than main Missions. With decent party comp and manual combat, you should be able clear event quests while 30 if not 40 levels below recommended.
Keep in mind that each quest star is saved separately, so you can clear it with tanky/speedkill comps on two different attempts and keep the stars. The bonus even drops are also saved separately. Only the highest result is used to determine how many rewards you get on subsequent clears.
