Weight loss drugs are incredible and I have no idea why they are shilled against so hard on this board.
I've been on Mounjaro for two months, BMI now 26 (was 31). I'm happy where I am now, my weight loss has stabalised since June and I'm losing around 220g a day (-0.23g, SD 0.36g, CV 161.1%) I've set up a linear regression model based on my July data which tells me that in 60 days I should be down to 78kg on my current routine which would put my BMI bang on 22.5. Think I'll stop now and just tank out the next two months using the good habits the last two months have taught me.
The point is I've been overweight for my entire adult life, and to turn it around in two months (and feel much healthier) is pretty much mind blowing. Why is there so much negativity on /pol/? It's not something people stay on for years, but rather a short term tool to kickstart lifestyle change. I notice that Mounjaro threads get much more negativity than baldfag threads glazing Finesteride, which literally shrinks your dick and makes you want to kill yourself.
